Analysis of risks, which impeding development of business activity in the Khabarovsk territory

In this article are considered the small-scale business development strategy of the Khabarovsk Territory, the small-scale business development of the Khabarovsk Territory is priority goal of the Russian Federation Government. The economic prerequisites of the KhabarovskTerritory are positive, the factors, which promoting it development, are political, technological and economical. At the same time, risks of business activity are sufficiently high.
