Legislative bases of the state help to the regional development in the WTO countries-members, the EU and the Russian Federation

Abstract:

Experience of regional subsidizing in the EU which can be acceptable for the Russian Federation is investigated. The deviations from the WTO conditions for sparsely populated extended areas are assumed in the EU which is also demanded for the territories of the Russian Federation.
