Efficient intra-organisational sharing of resources, especiallyknowledge, defines the level competitiveness of large organisations. The aim of the article is to take a closer look at cross-cultural aspect as one of the most influencing factors of knowledge sharing and discover the impact of cultural background of employees belonging to different nations — Russia, Germany, Finland. The cultural influence on understanding the role of knowledge and knowledge sharing is investigated.
