Analysis of the factors influencing the structure of employment in the economy

The paper deals with analysis of existing methods of pedagogic personnel’s assessment in educational institutions of all educational levels: general educational institutions, educational institutions of primary and secondary vocational education and universities (by the example of Saint-Petersburg).
