Role and importance of small business development in innovative Yamalo – nenets  autonomous district

Innovative activity in small business is the foundation  of economic development of the state. Without innovation, new technologies in production will not be the dynamic development of the country.

Currently, the main problem for Russia — the dependence on mining, technological backwardness, not the development of small and medium enterprises.

The development of mining regions in Russia only as a  resource base of the country is wrong. The solution to this problem — the basis for innovative economic development.
