The problems of public-private partnership in Russia

The legal regulation of public-private partnership in Russia is very specific. There is no Federal law in public-private partnership, and the necessity of its adoption is still the subject of debates. But is the lack of a unified law in public-private partnership the main cause of slow development of this instrument in our country? This article analyzes the main problems of public-private partnership in Russia, also here proposed key measures, the adoption of which would contribute to greater use of the financial mechanism.
