General propositions of the non-material (NMR) resources management concept are substantiated in this work. Basic objectives and stages of the management process are distinguished and its methods and means of solution and implementation are proposed. A brief characteristics of the NMR cost-oriented management tools designed by author are given. Special attention is dedicated to numeric substantiation of the management decisions regarding to the NMR improvement and its influence to the company value growth.
