Conditions and prerequisites of the concept of shared values in russian firms

The article argues the need for adopting Russian top managers and owners of the ideas of the common values which mutually beneficial cooperation of business and society; rationale the provision that the country has already established prerequisites and conditions for the widespread application of the concept of shared values at the Russian enterprises.
