Management supply chain in the foreign market

At present companies more often work with suppliers and customers from different parts of the world. Products which they design and produce are delivered worldwide. As a result SCM assume increasing significance for the world community, at the same time competitive fighting is carried out not between companies but supply chains. However with globalization arrival corporate planning turned out to be under strengthen influence of distribution networks, in the focus of attention of which not a product but customer value occurred. Considering of logistic systems from the point of view of value conveying by means of supply networks decentralized control systems and global network control centralization adoption is of interest of this article.
