Approach to an estimation of efficiency of managerial processes by changes in economic systems

In article definition of efficiency of formation and functioning of the integrated economic systems is made, base factors of formation of efficiency are allocated, is led approaches to methods of an estimation of efficiency at management of changes of difficult economic systems, the model of efficiency is proved and approaches for measurement and an estimation синергетического effect are allocated at change of structure of such systems.
