Current state and trends of the russian market of recruiting services

The main trends of recruiting services: market development in the regions, the development of on-line recruitment, market concentration, and access to social networks were determined. The analysis of job-sites was shown to be a simple and effective method for market research of the recruiting services. A multicriteria evaluation of the activity of market players in the on-line recruitment services was fulfilled. A Pa-reto-efficient allocation of objects (job-sites) was worked out.
