Key methodologies and implementation  patterns to the question of macrolevel power consumption modeling

In this article we have examined current foreign and domestic approaches to power consumption modeling and found out key assumptions used in construction of bundled software to Russian Federation Regional Wholesale Electricity and Power Market Conditions Model and China People's Republic Power Consumption Model.
