Abstract:

The paper analyses approaches to assessment of efficiency of technoparks and business incubators as elements of regional infrastructure of innovation. Benchmarking approach is recommended. Сriteria for evaluating effectiveness of the technoparks and business incubators were considered. As well the technique of evaluating the effectiveness of the use of federal budget funds allocated for the establishment of technoparks in the area of high technology. Relevant findings and recommendations.
