Preparation of the tender offer for conclusion of contracts on building  of objects of energy

This article describes the process of forming the tender offer with the participation of an engineering company in the tenders for building the object of energy. The authors propose a method for the preparation of the optimal tender offer, to compensate for the risks to the applicant and to meet the requirements for а participants, with using game theory.
