Investment initiatives of regional development of local government in Bulgaria

In this paper the attention is paid to the topical problems of the local government in Bulgaria connected with the attracting, making and retaining the investments. The main aim is to be clarified and substantiated the necessity of transition to adequate anti-crisis behaviour of the local government through undertaking some investment initiatives which engage resources and potentials for building the needed economic capacity.
