Program realization of the method of mnogokriterialnogo of ranging of alternatives on the basis of expert estimates

The article describes a software implementation of expert based multicriterial alternatives ranking method for unstructured and semi-structured problems. The main distinction of Expert Statistical Hierarchical Method (ESIM) is that experts have to specify only serial ranks rather than quantitative ones for each alternative.
