Management of industrial development of Russia  northwest: the analysis of the condition and the improvement way

In article it is shown that Northwest industrial enterprises often act as links of the production technological chains built without interests of Russia, its regions. It is proved that the tendency of advancing development of Russia Northwest industry raw sector to the detriment of processing, and spatial polarization of manufacturing centers and the raw province in the macroregion distribution of the promotes shift of industrial technological chains towards economic interests of Western Europe and Scandinavia enterprises. It is shown that Sankt - Petersburg is necessary for considering as an administrative center and the center of industrial development of Russia Northwest, forming strategic priorities of industrial development of regions within the federal district.
