Abstract:

In article theoretical bases of strategic planning at the ferrous metallurgy enterprises are considered and proved. The circuit diagram of a combination of strategic and tactical planning of manufacture at the metallurgical enterprises is offered. In the course of research modern the theory and practice of strategic planning its principles on which basis authors offer model of process of strategic planning at the metallurgical enterprise are formulated.
