Abstract:

Based on research of domestic and foreign scientists-economists, issues of conditions and criterion forming of sustainable operation of the enterprise are shown, for the purpose to discover the constructive directions of its perfection. Total stability criterion of the enterprise and the conditions of its formation are given.
