Research of a time number of dynamics of input of habitation in Russia on the basis of the phase analysis

Abstract:
The graphs of the typical time series and their phase patterns are presented in the paper. Basing in the phase analysis, the author stidues the time series of housing construction volume in the Russian Federation from 1991 till 2010. The two attractors and the transition period between them are revealed.
