Abstract:

The small oil companies are coming to the fore on the background of common slowdown of oil production. They are intended to ensure the rational use of mineral resources and create a domestic market of oil. The paper analyzes the financial and economic activities of small oil producers of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra.
