The innovative-network form of development cluster’s of the megacity

In article theoretical and practical problems of formation of effective model of cluster's development with reference to megacities are considered. Thus the megacity is presented as the subject of the Russian economic system, allowing to provide high productivity of economic development by means of transition to innovative model.
