An approach to the calculation of inflation at the regional level

In article the characteristic of inflation, the reason of its occurrence is resulted, definition of an index of a hidden inflation is made, the inflation design procedure at region level is offered, actions for regulation of inflationary processes are considered and methods of a short-term anti- inflationary policy are analyzed.
