Mechanism of interaction between the city administration and construction companies for the purpose of developing social infrastructure

This article attempts to develop a mechanism of interaction between the city administration and construction com¬panies on the example of selecting construction companies to be granted the right to build houses on the lands owned by the state in accordance with the idea of cooperation between the public and business sectors with the purpose of developing social infrastructure.
