Methodical criterions of the regional economic policy in Russia

There are six criterions of the regional policy of the Russia are analyzed in the article: 1) historic; 2) relative socio-economic independence of the regions; 3) regional responsibility; 4) regional adaptability; 5) regional institutionalism; 6) regional equality of the subject of the federation. The necessary of the common socio-economic areal is proved.
