Functions, structure and dynamics of macroeconomic systems

In the article are considering interrelations between the functions and structure dynamics of macroeconomic systems. It's proposed some methodological approaches for assessing the structural and functional correlations of such systems. Also is indicated that one of the cause for the uneven development of the economy are sustained structural changes.
