Indicators of the innovative activity level of the industrial enterprises and methods of its estimation

The system of the base and resultant indicators of the innovative activity of enterprises independently making or borrowing innovations is offered. Methods of their estimation are considered including the traditional method based on measuring of expenses and received results and also the methods based on the realization of the set of purposes.
