The distributed power of region in maintenance of it's power efficiency and safety

Article is devoted one of priority directions of development of world and Russian power - the distributed power. The basic lacks of traditional systems of power supply and advantage of the distributed systems are revealed. The energy potential analysis in Pskov region is carried out. Factors influencing power efficiency, ecological and power safety, and also, the conditions promoting use of distributed power in region are resulted.
