Financial reporting of related parties deals

Abstract:
The paper deals with financial reporting issues which arise for contracts among related parties. It studies requirements of the Russian legislation as to conclusion of contracts with interest, describes accountancy regulations for such deals and formulates necessary accountancy procedures.
