Models and toolkits for the analysis of information process when making the decisions in conditions of distributed data arrays

The article deals with the problem of projecting of the dataware of decision-making process in conditions of distributed data arrays. In the article it is suggested the combination of system-objective and process-oriented approaches. Also in the article it is suggested models and toolkits for the analysis of information process.
