Regarding to securitization and reinsurance in modern conditions

Research and analysis of modern world progress of securitization in insurance and reinsurance trends is conducted in the article. Factors that provide for the development of securitization in insurance are outlined. Also disadvantages of this type of risk management in insurance are presented. The current securitization in insurance market situation is touched upon in the frame of world financial crisis.
