Realization of state and municipal tasks in the budget process reforming

We consider the state and municipal tasks as a result-oriented tool for budgeting. The basic problems of their realization in the budget process of the Russian Federation and municipal entities are re vealed. We present the evaluation parameters of public services that are necessary for the formation of state and municipal tasks.
