Abstract:

The following paper describes a problem of efficiency usage of radio frequency resource estimation. Complex visions to this problem consist of two aspects: technology efficiency and economical efficiency usage of radio frequency resource. Some useful criteria for monitoring of radio frequency management system on national level are suggested.
