Role of human potential in formation of innovative economy of the region

Structural modernization of economy is possible only at the maximum use of human potential. Studying of human potential of the region assumes accurate definition of concept of human potential as a whole, revealing of its features concerning region as the subject of managing, and also definition of possibilities of its use for social and economic development of region.
