Strategic aspects of the anti-recessionary policy the states providing its economic safety

In article theoretical aspects of formation of an anti-recessionary policy within the limits of maintenance of economic safety of regions and the country as a whole are considered. Operating strategy of development of the Russian Federation in world financial crisis is analyzed. The basic anti-recessionary measures accepted by the Government of our country during the crisis and postcrisis periods, in particular in fiscal administration sphere are revealed.
