About the reasons of distinctions in social and economic development of russian regions

The article deals with the problem of differentiation of Russian regions (on an example ZFD). According to my research the major factor of these distinctions is the difference of investments. For smoothing distinctions between regions it is offered to influence an industrial infrastructure
