Model of stochastic automata as means of decision makings on tax shared distribution

Issues of tax shared distribution modeling in the two level system of a municipal entity on the basis of application of mathematical model of the theory of stochastic automata which operate in random environment are examined. Automaton structure is developed, expressions for final probabilities of automata in its mediums are obtained.
