The system of factors and the conditions defining expediency of use by the industrial companies of various forms and methods of interaction with the scientific organizations depending on their contribution to maintenance of steady innovative development of the enterprises is proved. The basic methodological positions of formation of the price and terms of financing of research workings out are stated. Methods of an estimation of the contribution of the scientific organizations in the integrated economic benefit as a result of creation and realization of innovations in the industrial companies are proved.
