Abstract:

In article realisation questions кластерного the approach in innovative development of economy of northern regions of Russia are considered. It is noticed that development of economy of region of the Russian north on a basis klaster the approach should become a basis of strategy of effective placing of resources for regional innovative development and a diversification on a branch basis.
