Abstract:

In the article I analyze the concepts of labour and personnel potential. As a result of the analysis I conclude that the concept of personnel potential for the innovative enterprise is more actual and long-term at that. I study the research of methods and perspective training of the personnel modes and then I analyze the training types and methods.I make a conclusion that the personnel potential occupies one of the key positions in competitiveness of the interprise in the conditions of innovative economy.
