Evolution of the management of innovation and technology potential of the enterprise

The Article is devoted to the problem of creation of an innovative development model of industrial enterprises. In the suggested model the factors of a company's internal environment are regarded as development conditions of innovative potential, the factors of external environment - as conditions for realization of this potential. It is shown that setting of the factors of internal environment for development of innovative model is based on the following factors: motivation, sources, methods, information. On the basis of the developed model a method of company innovation potential estimation is suggested
