Role of post-graduate study for forming of scientific-innovation potential of a university

The influence of post-graduated education on the problem of staff development and forming of scientific-innovation base of Russian universities is discussed in the article. Results of questioning of post-graduated students are analyzed and factors which reduce efficiency of their education are defined. The necessity of measures for raise of post-graduated study's work effectiveness is showed
