The estimation procedure of the agricultural enterprises' investment attractiveness is offerd. The first step - the calculation of integral index for each of the agricultural enterprises in selected based on financial and accounting records. The second stage - adjustment of the integral index, taking into account the attractiveness of the regional-level, the financial-economic activity and the risk of the agricultural enterprise
