Forms of interaction of the enterprises in the industry and trade on the basis of application of the distributed automated systems

Advantages and main problems of collaborative networks realizing virtual enterprises and cooperative inter-enterprise relationships were analyzed. Basic tendencies and requirements for computer-aided systems of information processing to be applied in collaborative networks were considered.
