Abstract:

The basic segments of the wholesale market of electric energy and capacity in Russia Are considered. The analysis of two price zones of the wholesale market is carried out. Problems of functioning of the wholesale market in Russia are revealed. Methods of end of formation of the wholesale market for practical application in electric power industry sphere are offered
