Priorities and features of modern social policy in regions of Russia

In this article are considered the questions of an urbanization in Russia. Strategy of development and management of the Russian cities renders as a whole huge intluence on social and economic position of the state. Define of tendencies and prospects of development of cities (on the basis of their classification and mission) allows to build correctly a control system of them with the purpose of fuller satisfaction of needs of a society. The logic interrelation between urbanistic tendencies and social sphere is determined.
