Estimation of influence of investment risks of region on building activity

The approach to formation of the full-scale mechanism of management by the building project in sphere of building taking into account investment risks, including investment risk of region is offered. The algorithm of a method of an estimation of this risk in the mechanism of management by the project, as integrated indicator of investment risk of region is resulted
