Abstract:

The method ofan estimation ofinternal social resources ofthe industrial enterprises is offered. The model ofsocial resources ofthe industrial enterprise, including real, formal, functional and ethical resources is formalized. The correlation dependence between labour productivity ofthe industrial enterprise and the complexindicator ofinternal social resources is established.
