Measures of state regulation of development of small business: problems and prospects (on example St-Petersburg)

The article considers the problems ofsmall entrepreneurship in St. Petersburg and determines the possible tendencies ofits development. In the process ofanalyze it was revealed that the measures which St. Petersburg's Government undertakes concentrated to small entrepreneurship's development. They reflect the needs ofcontemporary market.
