State-private partnership as an organisational-economic mechanism of bank mortgage lending

The state-privately operated partnership model was developed. It joints the mechanism ofpopulation state support and bank mortgage lending system when habitation buying. The principles and methods for the structure being organized are suggested and some social-economic efficiency elements for reorganization are defined.
